This was such a beautiful collection shot in a stunning mansion on Sovereign Island in Queensland. The two models Jewel Ruby-Jean Marsden and Chloe Cowell looked amazing in this collection, and the very talented photographer Kelly Hammond directed and shot these lovely pictures.

White Water Rafting Review Bali

For my first time white water rafting, I had the best day!

For $25 we got return transfers by the Alam Amazing Adventures Company to and from our resort, and driven in  a comfortable air-conditioned van for about 30 minutes out of Legian. My mother and arrived at the class 3-4 rapids at Telaga  Waja River on a perfectly sunny day, excited for our adventure!

The water was refreshingly cool, spot on for a sunny day, with beautiful scenery all around it truly was a touch of hidden paradise in Indonesia. The rafting hosts had clear English with a great sense of humour, many of them splashing waves of water your way as they pass by. The entire rapids rafting lasted 2.5 hours and was an amazing work out for those who enjoy outdoor activities and exciting ways to stay fit and healthy.. It was suitable for most ages, the largest drop being 4m down, with the rest of the rafting only at a mild speed and obstacles.

After finishing off our adventure, we were greeted with clean change rooms, a cold drink and best of all...... a buffet lunch, which was very much needed after the appetite we worked up! They team offer photo graphing services while down at the rapid, photographing our every move, and providing a photo printing and/or a disc burning service being completed while you dine at the buffet.

Don’t forget to pack water to stay hydrated and a spare change of clothes to get into when your finished! And most of all slip, slop, slap that sunscreen on as it’s a big day out in the sun!!!

Raw Chocolate and Banana Protien Smoothie

I love to make this smoothie for my breakfast everymorning, its simple, refreshing, filling, satisfying, energising and best of all starts your day off with a clean meal!

Ingredients:

-1 Banana

-1 Scoop of Raw Chocolate Protein Powder

-1/2 tsp of Raw Honey

-1/2 Cup of water

-1/2 Cup of ice

How to Make:

Simply place it all in the blender and blend until the ice cubes are crushed. Enjoy!

Blast from the Past

This is one of most favourite shoots that I did when I was in College. I designed a couture dress using colours and shapes, reflective and sheer fabrics to represent the sea. 

We had a great time doing the shoot, although the water was very cold for our beautiful model! She was very professional about her job and had no promblem getting in  the icy waters!

This was one of the first shoots I have ever done, and was the first of many :)

Rapunzel the Pug

Rapunzel is my 7 month old pug who lives with me and my partner in Bali. She loves to help mummy out when Im in the office and be a little scheeky monkey brightening my day!
